As Clinic Director, I am passionate about building a culture of empowering and educating patients to achieve their health and fitness goals. Throughout my career I have been fortunate to work across a broad range of clinical roles including public hospital orthopaedics and emergency departments, supporting specialist orthopaedic fracture clinics, and working with amateur and professional athletes and serving members of the Australian Defence Force.

In the early part of my career, I recognised the pivotal role of promoting active patient management. This led me to undertake a Masters of Exercise Science in which I developed a detailed understanding of the anatomical and physiological basis of Strength and Conditioning and its application to patients and athletes and this has become a fundamental part of my professional practice.

Subsequently I completed a second postgraduate Masters of Sports Physiotherapy. While focused on sport, the basis of this study is the appraisal and application of clinical research to drive evidence-based practice. As part of this program I have completed study in a number of areas including the management of complex and chronic pain, lower back, hip and shoulder pain and treatment for pain and pathology of tendon and bone.
